A Public Computer Room (PCR) is accessible to everyone free of charge and offers priority target groups the opportunity to get free access to the internet. People are offered assistance on site no matter what they’re looking for, be it a job or housing facilities, information about a cultural activity or about basic services (e.g. administrative or banking services). A Public Computer Room not only contributes to a lower access threshold for opportunity groups, it also offers a basic computer course on how to use the Internet.
