FPS Social Integration, anti-Poverty Policy, Social Economy and Federal Urban Policy
Everyone with or without legal whereabouts, is entitled to medical care. With respect to people without legal whereabouts, PSWC is obliged to pay the expenses for “Urgent Medical Care” to the caregiver. PSWC will investigate whether you are eligible to receive a medical card. Such a medical card provides access to pharmacies and caregivers for urgent medical care. PSWC then pays the costs of urgent medical care to the caregiver (according to the tariffs following the RIZIV (National institute for sickness and disability insurance) rules).
